1. Research Purposes Only

HorseVerify is a research and due-diligence tool. Reports, summaries, and all other output produced by HorseVerify are provided for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes a warranty, appraisal, veterinary opinion, legal advice, or financial advice regarding any horse.

HorseVerify is a beta product. Features, data coverage, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

2. AI-Generated and Search-Based Results

Reports are assembled by AI models that search publicly available sources including federation databases, news archives, and equestrian registries. Results are derived from those searches and are subject to the following limitations:

• Search-based: Information is retrieved from the web and third-party databases at the time the lookup runs. HorseVerify does not maintain its own proprietary database of horse records.
• AI-generated: AI models summarize, structure, and reason about retrieved content. They can make errors, misidentify horses with similar names, or include information from unreliable sources.
• Not real-time: Source data may be outdated, incomplete, or behind paywalls and login walls that the system cannot access.
• Not exhaustive: A report reflects what was publicly findable at the time of the lookup, not a complete record of a horse’s history.

Always verify material facts independently — with veterinarians, registries, sellers, and official federation records — before making any purchasing, breeding, or financial decision.

3. No Guarantees of Accuracy

HorseVerify makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any report or data returned by the service. Reports are provided “as is” and “as available.”

4. Acceptable Use

You may use HorseVerify only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or organization.
• Resell, redistribute, or systematically scrape reports without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or the billing system.
• Use the service for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HorseVerify and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any report, including but not limited to financial loss resulting from a horse purchase or sale decision.

6. Third-Party Sources

Reports may include information drawn from third-party websites and databases. HorseVerify is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content, and linking to or citing a source does not constitute endorsement of that source.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
